The agreement without the fog

Using monkeyapp.cam means you accept these terms. The service is adults-only, full stop: by using it you confirm you are 18 or older, and anyone younger should leave now. If any clause here is unacceptable to you, the remedy is simple — do not use the service.

What MonkeyApp is

MonkeyApp is monkey video chat with real people: a matcher that pairs you with someone online at that moment, private 1v1 video and voice calls, live text chat, and a page for browsing who is online. Every call is a closed room of two — no group rooms, no public broadcasts. How MonkeyApp works follows the whole loop step by step.

Free to start, coins past that

Guests start with free opening matches — no card details, no sign-up wall. Past that stretch, extended sessions can run on coins. Every coin price is printed on the button and confirmed by you before a charge happens. Coins are a virtual good that buys time on the service; except where the law requires otherwise, they are not refundable and cannot be exchanged back into cash. The MonkeyApp Free page marks the boundary in plain language.

The conduct expected on every call

You agree to follow the community guidelines on every call: no explicit content, no harassment, no minors, no scams, no recording the stranger across from you. You also agree not to break the law through the service, not to probe or disrupt it, and not to pass yourself off as someone you are not.

Ending it, from either side

Any call can be ended in a tap, and you can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or remove access for breaking the rules — above all for anything that endangers the other people in the queue. Moderation decisions exist to protect users, not to litigate edge cases.

Changes, liability and contact

As the service evolves these terms may change, and the current version always lives on this page. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law permits. Questions about any clause? Write to [email protected] or use the contact page — every message is read by a person.
