Why one page of rules exists
A match on MonkeyApp puts a real stranger in front of you within seconds. The format only works when the people in the queue are worth meeting, and this page is how we keep it that way — what earns you a welcome back, and what earns you a removal. Video, voice and text are all covered equally.
Keep it clean
MonkeyApp is an adults-only service, but it is not an adult content service. Showing nudity or sexual acts on camera is prohibited, and so is requesting explicit material from strangers. Adults flirting with adults is not the problem — explicit content is the line, and accounts that cross it are closed.
Treat the person on your screen like a person
Harassment, hate speech, threats and targeting someone for who they are all end accounts. No means no, on camera as much as in text. Not feeling a chat? Skip it — one tap, and nobody owes anybody an explanation. The habits that keep good calls good are gathered on the safety tips page.
No minors, under any circumstances
Every user must be 18 or older, no exceptions. If the person on your screen looks underage, report the match right away — the report lands directly with human reviewers. Accounts connected to minors are removed and, where the law demands, referred to the authorities.
No scams, no spam, and no recording
Asking strangers for money, gift cards or off-platform payments is banned, and so is dropping promotional links or running scripts at people. The same goes for recording, screenshotting or rebroadcasting the person you matched with — a private call stays private on both ends.
How enforcement works
Reports and blocks all feed human moderation. First offenses can mean a time-out from the queue; behavior that has clearly earned it means a permanent removal. The help center walks you through the reporting and blocking mechanics, one step at a time.
