The direct line
Write to [email protected] from any email address — there is no account requirement and no form to fight with. One message with everything in it gets solved faster than three fragments, and a human being reads every word that arrives.
What your message should include
Tell us what happened and roughly when, mention your device and browser, and attach a screenshot when the issue is something visible. Never include passwords, full card numbers or ID documents — support will never ask for those. If the message concerns another user, the approximate time of the match helps the crew find the session.
How long replies take
A typical message hears back within one working day. Safety reports and coin or payment questions can take a few days longer — they route through human review or the payment processor, and that extra care costs time. Replies slow down on weekends.
Where email helps, and where it stops
Billing questions get solved fastest when you attach the receipt from your payment provider. Flagging a specific match works better through the in-call report button than through email — the button bundles the session automatically. For rule disputes, the community guidelines are the yardstick, not the inbox.
Before you write
Camera permission, skipping, coins, blocking — most everyday questions are already answered in the help center and the FAQ. Check those first; and if something truly is not covered, mention that too, because a missing answer is a bug.
